Product Introduction: This product is made from fluorocarbon resin, high-quality pigments, fillers, and excellent additives such as BYK to form a coating. It is combined with Bayer curing agent to form a film, making it a two-component reactive coating. It effectively prevents various corrosive media from damaging the substrate surface and extends the service life of the coated object.
Application: Suitable for use in maintaining difficult-to-maintain urban landmark steel structures, large bridges, ships, chemical installations, and power plant steel structures for corrosion protection.
Characteristics: So-called heavy-duty corrosion protection generally refers to steel structures or equipment operating in extremely harsh environments with high maintenance difficulty and severe chemical pollution, requiring corresponding corrosion protection measures. The coating used to meet this requirement is key. This product has exceptional weather resistance in humid and hot environments and good corrosion resistance and usability in environments with acid, alkali, and salt concentrations below 10%.
Application Method: Mix strictly according to the ratio. First, thoroughly mix the curing agent with the paint and allow it to mature for 15 minutes, then add the thinner. This product is specially formulated to meet construction requirements, allowing it to be applied by brushing, spraying, or rolling. When used with a dedicated topcoat, the general construction process involves two coats of primer and two or three coats of topcoat. As a two-component reactive coating, the mixed product should be used within 4 hours.
Drying Time: At 25°C, surface dry in 30 minutes, hard dry in 24 hours. Full curing takes 5-7 days.
Recoat Interval: At least 4 hours.
Storage: Keep tightly sealed. Store in a cool, clean, and dry place. Shelf life is 2 years.
Surface Preparation: Remove loose rust, welding slag, and other contaminants from the workpiece surface, and perform dust and oil removal.
Application Conditions: Humidity during application should be below 75%, and the application temperature should be between 5°C and 40°C. Do not apply during rain, snow, or fog.
Safety and Precautions: Ensure good ventilation at the construction site. Keep away from open flames. Smoking is prohibited at the construction site, and avoid splashing the coating into the eyes or onto the skin.
Compatible Primer: Special anti-corrosion primer
